FCR Cleaning is a fast-growing exterior services company working on high-end homes throughout the west metro. We are building a team of motivated individuals who want to work hard, improve daily, and earn based on performance.
This is physical, outdoor work. You will be on ladders, moving all day, and expected to maintain focus and quality. If you’re looking for something easy or low-effort, this is not the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential windows (interior & exterior)
- Clean gutters
- Work comfortably on ladders and occasionally roofs
- Deliver professional, respectful service to homeowners

Reliability matters more than experience.
Pay Structure
- $20/hour training period (first 2–4 weeks)
- Commission-based pay after training
- Average earnings around $27/hour with tips
- Performance bonuses available
The better and more efficient you become, the more you earn (top performers often reach $30–$35+/hour).
There is a clear path to crew lead and leadership roles for those who prove themselves.
