What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CPR/AED certification required
- Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and member satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
- Hands-on, action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Lead & Inspire

- Lead membership and personal training sales initiatives

- Ensure smooth daily operations with top-notch cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Handle member concerns quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with support teams to keep everything running flawlessly
Master Financial Performance
- Own the club budget, hitting revenue goals and managing expenses
- Track key metrics and report progress to ensure consistent results
