Traveling Loader Operator -- $40 per Hour

We are hiring an experienced Traveling Loader Operator for heavy civil construction projects. This position requires travel to job sites as assigned.

Pay: $40 per hour
Experience: Minimum five years operating loaders

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate front-end loaders and other assigned heavy equipment
• Load trucks, move materials, stockpile aggregates, and maintain work areas
• Perform grading, backfilling, and material-handling operations
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow directions from the superintendent and foreman
• Work safely around crews, trucks, utilities, and other equipment
• Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
• Maintain safe and productive operations throughout each shift

Qualifications:

• At least five years of loader operating experience
• Heavy civil, excavation, and underground utility experience preferred
• Ability to travel and remain out of town for assigned projects
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of equipment and job-site safety
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
