The Contract Analyst is responsible for reviewing, and managing external agents contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Onsite position
Hours 8-4:30 Mon-Friday 30 min lunch
Limited OT
Pay: $16.75/hr
Training available- 6mths experience required
Contract Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with external Insurance Agents
- Provide and process agent Bill Out information
- Submit and process insurance contract agent in system
- Ensure contracts are in compliance based on state rules, & regulations.
- Review background checks based on guideline, appt requests, sending out notices to the agent, request more info when needed
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, , and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
