Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Bridgeport, CT to help students strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed academically throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
\n Position Overview
\n Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K–12 students across a school setting.
\n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and support students’ communication and academic needs.
\n Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and IEP requirements.
\n Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
\n Qualifications
\n Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate clinical credentials
\n Valid Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
\n Experience working with school-aged children preferred
