Job Description

  • Perform routine maintenance — oil and filter changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and general inspections to keep vehicles in safe operating condition.
  • Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, and steering systems — including pads, rotors, shocks, struts, tie rods, and related components.
  • Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting — batteries, alternators, starters, lighting circuits, and minor wiring issues.
  • Inspect and service diesel engines — fuel filters, air systems, turbo components, glow plugs, and emissions‐related parts.
  • Assist with diesel diagnostics and repairs — using scan tools to identify issues and supporting senior technicians with injector, pump, or sensor replacements.
  • Perform safety and performance checks — test‐driving vehicles to verify repairs and identify additional concerns.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation — recording work performed, parts used, and recommended services.
  • Follow shop safety procedures — proper tool use, equipment handling, and adherence to environmental and OSHA guidelines.
