About the Opportunity

• Immediate opening for an Antitrust Staff Attorney to assist the firm’s busy M&A practice with Hart-Scott Rodino Act antitrust filings.
• A successful applicant will work closely with the firms’ antitrust partners and counsel to evaluate HSR compliance issues, counsel the firm’s clients, and prepare and submit HSR filings.
• Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired, and prior government agency experience is a plus.
