Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch, L.C., a Clayton, Missouri based full-service law firm with offices also in Kansas City and Columbia, has an opening for an experienced transactional associate. The ideal candidate should be a member of the Missouri Bar and have 2-8 years of experience, including drafting and negotiating business contracts, real estate purchase contracts, leases, commercial loan documents, limited liability company operating agreements and asset/stock purchase agreements.
