Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage calendars, conference room scheduling, and office communications
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support
- Maintain client files and assist with document organization
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general office duties
- Support the team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Law firm or legal internship experience is a required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
