Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves building and maintaining high-volume, mission-critical applications using ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, ReactJS, Web API, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will also support modernization efforts using Microsoft Power Platform.
This is a hands-on development role that requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior developers. You will work closely with product owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and maintainability.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

Support application modernization initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas apps.

Proactively identify and address potential issues in specifications or architecture.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in software development using C# / .NET.
-
3+ years of experience with ASP.NET, including MVC framework.

Proficiency in AngularJS and ReactJS.

Experience developing multi-tier applications for high-volume systems.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server; experience with Entity Framework is a plus.

Experience with ASP.NET Web API.

Familiarity with load balancing technologies is a plus.

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas apps is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Top 3 Required Skills

Proficiency in AngularJS and .NET 4.8+

Experience working in an Agile development environment

Hands-on experience with the MVC framework
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
Compensation: $70-80/hr
