Location: Remote (Must be physically based in Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR areas. Candidates outside of these locations will not be considered.)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves building and maintaining high-volume, mission-critical applications using ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, ReactJS, Web API, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will also support modernization efforts using Microsoft Power Platform.

This is a hands-on development role that requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior developers. You will work closely with product owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and maintainability.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

  • Support application modernization initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas apps.

  • Proactively identify and address potential issues in specifications or architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development using C# / .NET.

  • 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET, including MVC framework.

  • Proficiency in AngularJS and ReactJS.

  • Experience developing multi-tier applications for high-volume systems.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server; experience with Entity Framework is a plus.

  • Experience with ASP.NET Web API.

  • Familiarity with load balancing technologies is a plus.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas apps is advantageous.

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Top 3 Required Skills

  1. Proficiency in AngularJS and .NET 4.8+

  2. Experience working in an Agile development environment

  3. Hands-on experience with the MVC framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.


Compensation: $70-80/hr
