**Key Responsibilities:**

- Enforce property rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Maintain accurate records for leasing, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with tenants to address concerns, ensure compliance, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Assist in marketing the property to prospective tenants and coordinate leasing activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role within real estate.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
