Step into a stable manufacturing environment supporting our partner, ConMet, within the Molding Department in Canton, NC. You’ll operate production presses, keep quality front and center, and help ensure parts are assembled, labeled, and packaged to exact standards. If you’ve spent time in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly—and you’re ready to grow with an industry leader—this is a strong next step.

A day in the role

• Start your shift by preparing your station and reviewing work instructions.
• Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts with precision and care.
• Run production equipment and use labeling scan guns to track work.
• Record production, quality, and scrap data accurately in the system.
• Meet or exceed production and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.
• Flag equipment issues or production challenges to your lead or supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace procedures.

Shifts & pay

• 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 7:30am | Pay: $20.50/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.50/hr
• 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 7:30pm | Pay: $20.50/hr
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

What helps you succeed

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and handheld scan gun.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
