Description:&nbsp;doesn’t have to be a ton of experience.&nbsp;The hiring manager really likes candidates who are go-getters and self-starters/take action.&nbsp;Soft skills are more important as long as they have basic experience. 
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages all aspects of a Microsoft &amp; Google environment
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supports a virtual desktop environment on VMWare along with various other end user hardware
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Builds and/or Supports Desktops, Laptops, Virtual Desktops, and other mobile devices
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works with AV equipment, Video Conferencing Technologies and conference rooms
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot application, hardware, software and peripheral problems
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties which may be assigned
 
Other Functions
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with IT projects as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to participate in an after hour support rotation with the team, fielding emergency end user calls.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be available to work alternate shifts or very occasionally on weekends as needed.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Some travel in New Jersey locations
