What You’ll Do:

Compensation:
$112,300 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Act as a mediator to negotiate property prices and ensure the accuracy and legality of sales transactions in San Diego, CA, US
- Provide clients with comprehensive market area research to support well-informed decision-making processes
- Organize and participate in property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Evaluate business properties, consider maintenance costs, renovation options, financing details, and analyze data effectively
- Foster relationships to cultivate potential growth opportunities within the industry
Qualifications:
- To be successful as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist in San Diego, CA, US, it is required to hold a valid Real Estate License or show a strong willingness to obtain one
- Possessing a basic understanding of marketing and advertising will be advantageous for this role
- Essential for this position is familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language
- Demonstrating effective negotiation skills and strong communication abilities is a necessity
