We’re looking for a candidate with strong experience in construction and/or engineering law. It would be a plus if they bring an existing book of business. The role offers a hybrid work option; however, we prefer candidates who can maintain regular office hours.
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Simi Valley, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, and handling construction and engineering law matters. The role includes negotiating legal agreements and working closely with clients to develop and implement legal strategies appropriate to their specific needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of California Law
- Experience with construction and/or engineering law
- Expertise providing legal advice and research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Experience in litigation is a plus
