We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with bonus and commission opportunities, aiming for a total annual compensation of $70,000 or more. Compensation:

$50,000

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct buyer showings, including evenings and weekends
  • Support buyers in the field by opening doors, attending walkthroughs, and providing feedback
  • Host open houses on evenings and weekends
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, text, and email
  • Assist with transaction-related tasks and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and vendors as needed
  • Support the leadership team by taking ownership of assigned tasks and follow-through

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
