Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct buyer showings, including evenings and weekends
- Support buyers in the field by opening doors, attending walkthroughs, and providing feedback
- Host open houses on evenings and weekends
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, text, and email
- Assist with transaction-related tasks and scheduling
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and vendors as needed
- Support the leadership team by taking ownership of assigned tasks and follow-through
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
