Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Allison Park, PA:

Monday - Saturday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) - client is flexible with the days and times. willing to work with the caregiver's schedule - in need of care ASAP.

Client Diagnosis: Vision Impairment, Huntington's Disease, Bi-Polar, Dizziness

NOTE: Client has 1 cat

Duties may include but not limited to:

Cooking and Light Housekeeping
Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
Grocery Shopping
Companionship
Range of Motion Exercises
Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
Driving to Appointments and Errands
Walking and Transfer Assistance
Medication Reminders
ADL's
Ambulation
Change Depends
Transportation - DOES NOT need vehicle (client has a vehicle the caregiver can use) but DOES NEED valid driver's license to run errands and possibly take client to doctors appts.

Caregiver Requirements:

At least 1 year experience
2 Step TB Test
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)

Benefits and Perks

Sign on Bonus - $500
Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
