Machine Operator – Manufacturing | Details and Compensation:
- Location: Cockeysville, MD 21031 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18.55/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

- Must be able to work overtime and flexible/extended hours as needed
- Onboarding/training required for 1 week (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Machine Operator – Manufacturing | Summary and Highlights:
The Machine Operator will support production by operating and troubleshooting moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment while completing routine setups and minor maintenance. This role also performs in-process inspections and ensures accurate documentation and adherence to established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

Machine Operator – Manufacturing | Responsibilities:
- Perform routine setup, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Control and adjust machine settings to support safe, consistent production output
- Inspect in-process parts/products to verify quality; remove defective product, packaging, or components
- Use gauges, jigs, fixtures, and other tools to check measurements/tolerances
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process/product exceptions and help resolve basic equipment/performance issues
- Complete accurate documentation for quality, safety, and maintenance activities
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), housekeeping standards, and all site safety policies
Machine Operator – Manufacturing | Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
- Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing experience required (regulated environment preferred)
- Ability to work in a team setting with strong attention to detail and consistent punctuality
- English proficiency (read/write/understand work instructions; basic arithmetic; follow diagrams/charts)
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
- Safety shoes required
