Available Shifts:
We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, both part-time and full-time:
→ Day Shifts: 6 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours
→ Overnight Shifts: 8 hours or 12 hours
→ Monday-Friday: Openings for consistent weekday shifts. Every other weekend availability required and must have open availability on at least 4 days.
→ Weekends Only: Openings for consistent weekend shifts. Availability required for every weekend.

What You’ll Do:
As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, you’ll help our seniors stay safe, comfortable, and happy at home by:
- assisting with daily activities (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
- providing emotional support and companionship
- supporting independence with mobility assistance (gait belts, hoyer lifts)
- driving clients to appointments or running errands
- creating fun activities and socializing
- observing and reporting changes in their condition
Must-Have Requirements:
1+ year of caregiver experience
Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist clients with mobility
