NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBERS!
We’re a small but fast-growing Property Management Company in Knoxville area and we’re looking for 2 skilled maintenance technicians to join our team! The maintenance Technician performs repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance across our properties in Knoxville and Oakridge area.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM (with 1 hr for lunch)
Pay: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
Requirement: Must have your own vehicle for property visits and valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
We’re seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who can handle general home maintenance, including:
Plumbing
Electrical
Flooring
Drywall & more
And respond to emergency service calls
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related facilities role
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work
- Regular movement between properties
