Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support for manufacturing solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize application-specific manufacturing processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and customer training.
- Collaborate with sales and customers to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Generate detailed technical proposals, documentation, and reports.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product development and improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with hands-on process or equipment experience.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, Siemens NX).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions for customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and client consultations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced manufacturing processes (e.g., additive manufacturing, machine vision, advanced robotics)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis or automation
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales technical support or delivering product demonstrations
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
