We’re looking for two positive, motivated, enthusiastic buyer’s agents to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s primary point of contact, from the initial meeting to the final sale, and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation:
$125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business
- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
Qualifications:
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception
