 IT Help Desk Specialist 
<ul>
<li>Serve as the point of contact for our users needing technical assistance.
<ul>
<li>Work tickets, emails, instant messages, and phone calls/texts</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Provide Tier 1 technical support for all users.
<ul>
<li>Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Maintain users in our various software applications.
<ul>
<li>ShareTec, DDS, Virtual Branch, KnowBe4, Mitel, etc.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Manage IT and Telecom inventory for Admin and Branches
<ul>
<li>Utilize Excel spreadsheets, websites, and applications</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Perform other IT/IS duties as assigned by management

<li>More responsibilities may be added as proficiency increases</li>
