You will work on high-growth corporate transactions for life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies globally, including venture-backed startups, IPOs, M&A, equity financing, and corporate governance.

This Life Sciences practice represents industry leaders across their entire lifecycle, handling everything from financings to intellectual property and regulatory matters. With a prestigious history of biotech offerings worth $6 billion last year alone, this team holds top rankings in the industry.

Candidate Parameters:

• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience.

• Strong academic performance and excellent communication skills are required.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $ 225,000 - $295,000
