Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and polished Concierge Manager to lead front-of-house operations within a luxury commercial property environment in Miami Beach. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an elevated tenant and guest experience while overseeing concierge staff, lobby operations, service standards, and day-to-day hospitality functions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury hospitality, front desk leadership, tenant relations, and team development. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring professionalism, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Tenant Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience at every interaction
- Build strong tenant relationships by learning preferences, business needs, and service expectations
- Manage high-priority requests, VIP services, and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Lead service recovery efforts and resolve escalated concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure all communications are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concierge and front-of-house staff
- Establish and maintain high service and performance standards across all shifts
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
Operations Management
- Oversee daily lobby and reception operations, visitor management, access procedures, package handling, and shift continuity
- Maintain operational records, reports, tenant preference logs, and performance documentation
- Manage scheduling and staffing coverage for operational needs, events, and peak periods
- Ensure grooming, appearance, and professionalism standards are consistently maintained
Vendor & Event Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners to ensure premium service delivery
- Support tenant events, activations, and VIP functions with front-of-house coordination
- Hold external vendors accountable to established service and professionalism standards
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize visitor management systems, communication platforms, and reporting tools efficiently
- Prepare operational and tenant experience reports for leadership review
- Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge management, hotel operations, private clubs, luxury residential, or related environments
- Previous experience leading front-of-house or concierge teams
- Strong tenant relations and customer service background
- Experience managing escalated situations and sensitive requests professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and front desk/visitor management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
