We're looking for a motivated, energetic individual to be the face of our Express Service Lane-someone who can keep up with the pace, stay organized, and make customers feel valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Write up repair orders and explain service recommendations properly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure quick turnaround times
Keep customers informed during service visits
Maintain clean and organized work area
Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for service quality
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and customer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
