Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated and dependable cleaners to join our growing team! As part of Crystal Clean Collective, you’ll provide top-notch cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean common areas and units as needed.
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow checklists to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
