Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Mobile / Temp-to-Hire) – Urgent Hire
Location: Roseville, CA (3 locations) & Folsom, CA (1 location)
Pay: $40/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hrs/day
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description:
We need a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician immediately! This temp-to-hire role floats between four office business parks. Candidates must meet all requirements and be ready to handle a variety of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Light bulb & ballast replacement
• Door and lock repairs
• Fire extinguisher inspections & emergency system testing
• Site inspections & hazard reporting
• Project supervision

Qualifications (MUST MEET ALL):

• Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel between sites
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Able to work independently
