We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads.
No experience is required. Licensing and training are provided.
What You’ll Do
- Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
- Contact and follow up with leads
- Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
- Conduct virtual or phone appointments
- Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
- Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
- Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Insurance license preferred but not required to apply
- We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on individual sales production.
