Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities
- Perform 60% electrical and 40% mechanical maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Maintain and repair injection molding, blow molding, stamping, tool and die machines, robotics, and automated equipment.
- Work with 480V, 24DC, and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Order spare parts as needed and maintain inventory.
- Follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Use computer and basic Excel skills for work orders and parts ordering.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Fanuc and Mitsubishi.
- Repair hydraulics, replace pumps, and piping.
- Identify and repair pneumatic system leaks.
Essential Skills
- GED or high school diploma.
- Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with injection molding or blow mold equipment.
- Proficiency in working with 480V, 24DC, and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Robotics troubleshooting experience (Fanuc, Yasakawa).
- Lock out tag out certification.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with pump and piping replacement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $75920.00/yr.
-PTO will be prorated based off start date and can use it after 90 days
-In January of the new year they will get 120 hours
-Benefits will start 1st day of the following month from start date
-401k with 6% company match
-Perfect attendance bonus-Earn an extra $1 on top of pay and includes over time-starts right away
