MBI is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician (FMT) to fill an immediate need in our Facilities Department. This role is crucial in ensuring our centers remain well-maintained and presentable for both staff and patients. The FMT may also be assigned to assist in other markets as needed, which may require overnight travel.
Location: Based in Denver, CO - Regular travel to Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs and other Colorado locations
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM *Occasional after-hours work may be required for painting or repairs following clinic closures
Compensation: $28.28 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs like painting, drywall patches, light plumbing or electrical repairs, etc.
- Follow safe practices while performing duties in Centers to avoid injuries or damage.
- Represent facilities department by being polite, punctual and proactive when working in Centers
- Close out Maintenance Tickets in Zendesk
- Complete Center Condition Report when visiting Centers
- Follow determined schedule based on market needs
- Provide support for Construction Manager as needed for projects and build outs
- Make sure Centers are stocked with maintenance supplies during each visit
- Track mileage and turn in expense reports per company policy
- Perform site visits during build outs and renos. to report progress and CD adherence
- Confirm vendor work or punch-out work is completed to satisfaction
- Perform new center set ups to aid in openings
- Travel to other markets as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance or construction
- General HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required
- Ability to safely use ladders and work overhead
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that can transport materials, ladder, and tools
- Must have basic carpentry tools
- Must be willing to support all Colorado clinics.
