THIS POSITION REQUIRES ENGINEERING DEGREE
Will be responsible for Maintenance Management, Project Management, System Optimization, Regulatory Compliance and Document/Reporting.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and executing projects
- Minimum of 10 years experience within Oil & Gas... preferably a large O&G Operator
Facilities Engineer is responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and stewarding discipline‐specific engineering work performed internally and by contractors and subcontractors. This role ensures all engineering activities comply with Company specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position supports efficient execution of engineering and design routines, promotes strong communication across teams, and contributes to safe, compliant, and capital‐efficient project delivery. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise paired with effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products across internal teams and external contractors.
- Evaluate and comment on engineering work performed by contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review discipline design drawings, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
