Traveling Training Specialist | $70K Starting Salary + Paid Training
Ready to launch a career that takes you beyond the desk? Earn a competitive starting salary, learn from industry experts, travel across the country, and build valuable professional skills without needing prior teaching or training experience. We're looking for motivated, adaptable individuals who enjoy learning, solving problems, working with a team, and taking on new challenges. As a Traveling Training Specialist, you'll receive structured, hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you to deliver engaging, scenario-based training experiences for our customers.
Whether you're a recent graduate, changing careers, or looking for a role that offers something different from the typical 9-to-5, this is an opportunity to develop specialized skills, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact.
What We Offer:
- $70,000 starting annual salary to begin your career, and a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match to plan for your future.
- Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and sick leave.
- Domestic travel opportunities: Explore different cities across the United States as part of your role, traveling for an average of 8-16 days at a time.
- Paid professional training and continuous professional development: Learn the skills you need through structured instruction, hands-on practice, and expert mentorship. Receive coaching and constructive feedback from human performance experts.
- A dynamic work environment: Spend your time learning, collaborating, planning, and delivering hands-on training rather than being tied to a desk.
- An accessible career path: No previous teaching or professional training experience required. We provide the preparation and support you need to get started.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on training experiences: Deliver engaging, scenario-based exercises that help customers strengthen their information processing, stress management, and decision-making skills.
- Learn from industry experts: Continually develop your skills through structured training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship before conducting assignments independently.
- Work with a collaborative team: Practice scenarios, exchange feedback, and contribute ideas to continually improve training programs.
- Solve problems and plan projects: Organize and execute training activities tailored to specific customer needs and workplace environments.
- Explore new environments: Travel to customer locations throughout the United States for assignments typically lasting 6–16 days.
- Represent our team with professionalism: Work confidently with customers in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.

- Curious and coachable: You welcome feedback, learn quickly, and put new knowledge into practice.
- Adaptable under pressure: You can adjust to changing situations, manage competing priorities, and think on your feet.
- A collaborative problem-solver: You work well with others while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Proactive and dependable: You use sound judgment, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.
- Professional and discreet: You communicate clearly, exercise good judgment, and treat sensitive information appropriately.
- Comfortable being active: You enjoy a role that involves movement, hands-on activities, and working in different environments.
Role Requirements:
