We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to ensure employees have access to the tools and systems they need to excel. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse IT infrastructure and network projects while delivering exceptional service to internal users.


Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance.

• Respond to help desk tickets promptly and resolve issues within established service level agreements.

• Monitor IT systems for user-impacting problems and assist in identifying root causes.

• Participate in infrastructure, network, and security-related projects under the guidance of the Network Administrator.

• Collaborate with external vendors to address and resolve technical challenges.

• Adhere to organizational best practices and standard operating procedures for system provisioning, monitoring, and incident management.

• Provide after-hours support to address urgent technical issues as needed.

• Deliver efficient and friendly IT assistance to internal users, ensuring their technical needs are met.

• Educate employees on commonly used applications and promote cybersecurity best practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role.
• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation setup and maintenance.
• Experience with Active Directory for user and system management.
• Solid knowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and its applications.
• Ability to perform desktop imaging tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to address technical issues with users and team members.
