Job DescriptionProperty Management Make-Ready Techs for Metro Atlanta, GA - $20/hr Temp-to-Perm
Premier Placements LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Punch / Make Ready Technician to support our multifamily clients prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Multiple positions available. Locations include Cobb County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Forsyth County and more
Pay: $20 per hour paid weekly each Friday.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm
We service apartments and homes throughout all of Georgia.
Make Ready Responsibilities:
- Vacant unit turn for move-ins: Perform general plumbing & basic electrical work including: replacing/fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans and light fixtures.
- Repair fixtures, hardware and appliances as needed.
- Ensure all work meets property standards and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and maintenance teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with occasional groundskeeping or common area upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, make-ready, or general handyman work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
