We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and caring Floating Preschool Teacher to provide support throughout our preschool.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom coverage for breaks, lunches, and staff absences.
- Work with infants, toddlers, preschool, and VPK-aged children.
- Maintain proper supervision and teacher-to-child ratios.
- Assist with activities, meals, naps, diapering/toileting, and transitions.
- Follow classroom schedules, lesson plans, and school policies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe classrooms.
- Use positive and age-appropriate classroom management.
- Assist wherever needed throughout the school.
Qualifications:
- Must meet Florida DCF childcare requirements.
- Childcare experience preferred.
- Must pass required background screening.
- CPR/First Aid preferred.
- Must be reliable, patient, flexible, and a team player.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between classrooms and is always willing to jump in and help where needed.
