Personal Care Assistant

Job Description

We're located in Hesperia, CA. We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team! This individual must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Set schedule for 3-11 shift. 6 bed RCFE living facility structure. (Position starts out at $17hr during Probationary Period. Pay is re-evaluated at the end of the 90 day Probationary period.)

Job consist of: Assisting in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance) Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties. Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities. Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment. Light cleaning common areas of the facility. Complete laundry assignments. Must be Compassionate and have a caring demeanor. Ability to build rapport with clients, have written and verbal communication skills.

​Qualifications: 21 or over. Must be able to pass DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearances. Must have a valid ID/Driver's License. Required to complete 20 hours of training Previous work experience in personal care, preferred, or other related fields. Must be dependable and a team player. Must be able to multitask.
