Pay: $24-27.88/HR
Shift: M-F, 1st shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Adhere to company quality and safety standards.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development to enhance job-related knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Remain composed and effective under pressure while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization to achieve company objectives.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate receiving, tracking, and storage of purchased equipment.
- Conduct in-house calibrations and preventive maintenance for general-purpose test equipment, industrial equipment, and laboratory instruments using the site's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Notify the Metrology Manager and System Owners of any equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all measuring and test equipment is properly registered, assigned, and labeled with a unique internal identification number.
- Maintain organized files and comprehensive records for all laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper maintenance of facility and laboratory equipment according to service requirements.
- Escort and supervise vendors within the facility, including manufacturing areas.
- Assist in maintaining equipment procedures and specifications.
- Support the development and maintenance of preventive maintenance schedules for utility systems impacting the facility, and monitor alert systems to ensure equipment operates within defined parameters.
- Respond promptly to equipment alarms generated by monitoring systems.
- Promote a GLP/cGMP-compliant environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of laboratory equipment and related processes.
- Assist in maintaining cleanroom conditions within alert limits by following established cleaning protocols.
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to staff for relevant departmental activities.
