Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation using computer software.

  • Process payments (cash, credit, warranty, insurance).

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Basic automotive knowledge (enough to understand technician feedback).

  • Strong communication and sales skills.

  • Proficiency in shop software (Mitchell1 Shop Key).

  • Time management and organizational skills.

Bonus Duties (Depending on Shop)

  • Upsell services and maintenance packages.

  • Handle warranty claims and recalls.

  • Manage loaner cars or shuttle services.
