Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth front desk operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing them appropriately and efficiently.
• Provide concierge services to assist with visitor inquiries and support internal team members.
• Maintain the front desk area in an orderly and presentable condition.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing correspondence.
• Operate switchboard systems to manage phone lines effectively.
• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and clarity, providing accurate information.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed by the management team.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with concierge services and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in basic office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
