This role involves coordinating service and repair activities, managing customer expectations, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule service appointments in person or by phone with accurate problem diagnosisFollow up on repair status and inform customers if delays occurObtain customer authorization for revised repair estimatesRecommend repairs and set realistic expectations for service deliveryEnsure all repairs pass quality control and road testsStay current on vehicle operations, warranties, service campaigns, and regulationsMeet or exceed service level targetsComplete documentation in compliance with regulations and standardsEnforce safety policies and proceduresAttend staff meetings, training, and educational programsPerform additional duties as assignedWork EnvironmentThis role requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferredValid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong customer service and safety focusBasic computer and internet skillsExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and dependable work ethicAbility to understand written instructionsPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
