Position: Warehouse Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on day shift. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, operates safely, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper documentation
- Operate RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping software as needed
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Follow shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties and material movement throughout the facility
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking
- Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory labels
- Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners or inventory systems preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attendance and dependable work history
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
- Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; heavier lifting may require assistance
- Frequent pushing, pulling, carrying, and repetitive movements
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Must wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines

Schedule:
- Day Shift – Monday–Friday 6am-4:30pm
Pay: $20+/hr, DOE
