Job Description
The Caregiver provides direct care and supportive services to residents of a Wisconsin-licensed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 83. This position is responsible for supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration (as trained and certified), and morning routines, while promoting each resident's dignity, independence, and individual care plan goals. This is a 12-hour shift, with 4 days/night on and 4 days days/nights off.
