Kitting Associates Job Summary:As a Kitting Associate, you will be responsible for accurately assembling components, materials, or products into kits according to job specifications. This role plays a critical part in supporting our production or fulfillment operations by ensuring all kits are complete and ready for distribution or manufacturing.
Kitting Associates Responsibilities:
- Accurately count, label, and organize materials into kits
- Follow detailed work instructions or schematics for kit assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory issues
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
- Perform visual quality inspections of items
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts, as needed
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Kitting Associates Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or assembly experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic math and counting skills
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [XX] lbs
- Dependable and punctual
