Tractor Technician
Fresno, CA
 
We are seeking a Tractor Technician to support maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment for a large operation in the Fresno area. This role includes both shop work and local field service nearby.
 
Schedule
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm</li>
<li>Occasional half-day Saturdays based on workload</li>
</ul>
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and repair tractors and agricultural equipment</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and inspections</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems</li>
<li>Travel locally to service equipment in the field</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records</li>
<li>Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience working on tractors, agricultural, or heavy equipment</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Experience with brands such as John Deere, CAT, or similar</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in both shop and field environments</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
</ul>
