The Regional Property Manager will lead the management and compliance operations of multiple affordable housing properties in Northern Wyoming. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, and HOME programs, paired with excellent communication and computer skills. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving to ensure property performance and regulatory excellence.
