Job Description Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager | $70K–$80K | Calhoun, GA We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive efficiency across departments. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making an impact.Key Responsibilities:• Support the General Manager with daily operations and decision-making
• Lead, coach, and support supervisors and team members
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor production, quality, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Help prepare reports, budgets, and key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
• Support onboarding, training, and employee development
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Step in to lead operations in the absence of the General ManagerQualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systemsPreferred Experience:• Background in manufacturing or operations
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards
• Bilingual is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems or production trackingPay: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
