$125,000 - $189,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by actively prospecting and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement effective marketing plans for property listings.
- Utilize our tools and resources to convert leads into loyal clients, building lasting relationships.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and information.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients and their goals.
Qualifications:
- Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Proven track record of self-motivation and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
- Comfortable using technology and online communication tools to engage with clients and manage tasks.
- Willingness to attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve real estate knowledge.
