Join our produce department as part-time clerk focusing on freshly cut fruits for customers!
Job duties can vary, but most of your time will be spent preparing fresh fruit filling containers by set guidelines for the grab and go section.
This role has 3-4 hours shifts 3-4 times per week, and will help the produce department with closing duties as needed after fruit is cut and prepared for the display.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courtieous customer service.
Keep the cut fruit display stocked and signed; and ensure all produce is attractive, appealing, and on the shelf in a neat and colorful manner.
Control freshness, quality and temperature of product by following safe food handling procedures.
Understand and adhere to all Country of Origin Label (C.O.O.L.) regulations for all products in the Produce Department.
Understand and adhere to all company guidelines as relates to Produce Department operations.
Maintain a freindly and coopoerative work environmnent.
Other duties as needed to help the produce department run smoothly.
