Apartment Maintenance Technician – Indianapolis, IN
Pay: Up to $22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a Apartment Community in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing maintenance requests and work orders
- Assisting with apartment turnovers and repairs
- Performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry
- Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation: Up to $21/hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
